A starting point, not a hardened production config: no rate limiting, a short cipher list, and HSTS only when you enable it. On nginx 1.25.1 or newer, replace "listen ... ssl http2;" with "listen ... ssl;" plus a separate "http2 on;" line, which stops the deprecation warning.
